Using PPI for Targeting

This is Rashed from Bangladesh. I'd like to know the difference between using different cutoff PPI score for targeting extreme poor (for example <20 or <29). Does setting up lesser score as cutoff ensures better targeting?

Hey Rashed, please first take a look at Section 8 of the design memo for Bangladesh, which talks in detail about targeting using the PPI. Next, for more detailed information, see Figure 12 in the tables section of the design memo, which shows the percentages of inclusion, undercoverage, leakage and exclusion for each poverty line.
